June Update

Things around here have been busy and slow all at once.  Here is what we have been up to around here!

• I "accidentally" started potty training Allie.  I say by accident because one day she told me she had to go "pee-pee" so I took her diaper off her and decided to go for it..all the way.  Its pretty frustrating at times, but I am only using 2-3 diapers a day now, so I am NOT complaining!  There isnt anything better than having a potty trained kid!!
• Hunter has been out of preschool for a couple of weeks now and although we have had lazy days I am  ready to get him involved in something again and I know he's ready too.  Next week we start vacation bible school and this time he has 3 friends attending with him.  Then, as soon as that is over he starts 2 weeks of (Mon-Thurs) swimming lessons, so that should keep us all busy and entertained for a while!
• I was told on May 27th that I couldnt work until after the 1st of July.  It was TOTALLY unexpected and totally caught me off guard.  It wasnt the right time for me to not be working, but I guess it has worked out so far.  My Lollipop Shoppe business launched and in the first week Kandi and I made over a hundred dollars each!  Not too bad!  Plus, I applied for un-employment benefits and that got settled today too, so pretty soon that too will kick in.  Ahhhhh...I can finally breath...a little!
