With both of his grandparents now pool owners we decided Hunter needed to take swim lessons to lower our anxiety's about being at the pool all the time, sometimes without us. We went to the rec center and he seemed to learn a lot. I think in the end its all about teaching confidence in the pool and what to do vs. panicking like most kids do. Im happy to say that he's been swimming without floaties..and underwater and diving! Its pretty cool watching him! Im pretty proud of the little guy! Here is a pic of him with his swim instructor.
